We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or Services at any time without notice. New features are also governed by these Terms.
You agree not to: (i) upload or generate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content; (ii) violate intellectual property or privacy rights; (iii) attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or API restrictions; (iv) use automated scraping or high-volume bots without written permission; (v) introduce malware or engage in network attacks; (vi) use the Services to impersonate others or mislead the public. We may restrict or terminate access for violations and may report serious breaches to authorities.
Styled text rendering varies by device, operating system, and platform. We strive for broad compatibility but do not guarantee identical display. We aim for inclusive and accessible designs; report issues via our Contact section.
If and when we use models to assist transformations, we use synthetic or appropriately licensed datasets. We do not use your Input Data to train or retrain models without your explicit consent.

The Services are intended for general audiences but not for unlawful or harmful content. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use of the Services.

Paid Plans, credit packs, or API tiers may be offered. Prices, features, and limits are listed on the Website and may change. You are responsible for accurate payment information and any applicable taxes or processing fees.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise on the Website, refund requests are accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase if the paid features were not materially used. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Partial refunds may apply where usage occurred.

Australian residents must comply with local online safety laws. Prohibited content includes illegal or harmful material under applicable legislation.
